2. Datele pe care le colectam / Data we collect
RO: Cand trimiti o aplicatie de membru, colectam: numele complet, email, telefon (optional), orasul, obiceiurile tale de consum de vin declarate, descrierea vinului memorabil, motivul aplicatiei, recomandare (optional), nivelul preferat si sursa prin care ai aflat de noi.

3. De ce colectam aceste date / Why we collect this data
- RO: Pentru a evalua aplicatia ta de membru (interesul legitim al operatorului, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- EN: To evaluate your membership application (legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- RO: Pentru a te contacta cu raspunsul si, daca esti acceptat, pentru livrarea alocarilor si invitatiilor la evenimente.

- RO: Pentru a respecta obligatiile legale (impozite, raportari daca sunt necesare).

4. Cookie-uri / Cookies

6. Termen de raspuns / Response timeline
RO: Raspundem cererilor privind datele personale in maximum 30 de zile de la primire, conform GDPR Art. 12(3).

9. Pastrarea datelor / Data retention
RO: Pastram datele aplicatiilor respinse maximum 12 luni, apoi le stergem. Datele membrilor activi sunt pastrate pe durata membership-ului plus inca 5 ani pentru obligatii fiscale.
EN: We retain rejected application data for a maximum of 12 months, then delete it. Active member data is retained for the duration of membership plus 5 years for tax compliance.
10. Transfer international de date / International data transfer
RO: Operatorul de date este stabilit in Statele Unite. Datele colectate de la rezidenti UE pot fi transferate in SUA sub clauze contractuale standard aprobate de Comisia Europeana.
EN: The data controller is established in the United States. Data collected from EU residents may be transferred to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
